Norcold 1201 temp not changing

I notice that regardless what setting I use or which position on the vane or which vane I set the thermistor, on our Norcold 1201 the temp stays at 34 degrees. I also noticed that during the day the frig runs constantly. Any suggestions?
Thanx

Temp is 34*F in what compartment? In refr, that's awesome.
And how do you know it's constantly running?

Suggestions, inadequate ventilation on the back side, leaking food compartment walls or seals, maybe only one 120V heating element out of two working, low LP pressure, cooling fans not running on back (ventilation), bad thermister, so on and so forth.

There's a chance that your cooling unit is starting to fail. Look around the base of the flue for any traces of yellow powdered sulphur. That's the first sign of trouble. My Dometic fridge failed to cool in preparation for a 2-week trip, though the inside temp was 68 degrees because I'd had it shot off with the doors open for several weeks before I closed up and switched it on.

We camped the old-fashioned way, with coolers and ice, which was logistically more work than I care to do again. The MH goes in the shop for a new fridge Thursday!

Too warm refrigerator

I'd agree with Frank on the cooling unit. Possibly another source would be the heater source or not getting adequate ventilation tot the cooling fins. Even with everything running really great I've noticed that Norcold runs a bit warm in the refrigerator section. I've tried fans with no result but I did find this that helped me get very chilly milk in the frigerator section:
