I've seen several in-passing references to a Technical Service Bulletin for the 12xx series Norcold frigs, but can't seem to get a hold of any details about it.
Does anyone have any information about what it is and what it's supposed to do?
Thanks!

Thanks Cliff. Do you remember the Service Number or anything like that? Nothing comes up when I google different combinations.

I was having condensation on the inside top of the refer compartment. I was under warr. and Norcold sent part # 632120 ( kit-service-gasket extension ) to my repair facility. It's comonly refered to as a shim seal. Hope that helps. Call thetford/ norcold cust ser for more info. 800-543-1219

I'm not sure it was a TSB. Norcold knew about it and probably was just correcting them as needed.
