Norcold 1211 Refrigerator amp draw

Does anyone know what the amp draw is for a Norcold 1211 model (double door with ice maker) refrigerator when it is running and when it is not at rest? Only owned the coach for less than a year and I'm pretty sure that when plugged into shore power last summer that during normal day use with virtually no draws my EMS power draw was 1-2 amps unless the refrigerator was running. Now my EMS is showing a constant 4 amp power draw whether the refrigerator is running or not???. If I shut off the power to refrigerator the amp draw goes to 1. Also I note that my outside radio is very staticky when the refrigerator is running. Found a ground wire that was connected to the aluminum under the gas line/ice maker solenoid of the refrigerator that I noticed if I moved, the control unit made a clicking noise. I sanded that all down and reinstalled and the clicking has stopped. Static still there. The control unit is attached to the large coils above which I sanded and painted with rustoleum this spring as they were very very rusty. So any info on this before trying to go into service is appreciated.

HI thanks for the input. My issue seems to be that the AC heaters are working 24/7. They run all of the time. Called Norcold and they indicated that could be due to lack of ventilation or unlevel op. Also he wondered if the refrigerator was freezing up. No issue with freezing up and in fact on level 6 we are ok with fridge but ice cream in freezer is soft. We are level. I am wondering if something else is causing the heaters to run full time. We are hooked to 30 amp shore power and temps here in Vermont have not been much over high 70's. Any suggestions on why heaters are running all the time or am I concerned over nothing?
