You need 12 volts to the circuit board for the fridge to work...There is a 12v fuse on the board...

Does it have a digital display? You may be able to retrieve error codes from it and reset it if needed. Also check for ammonia odor. That will mean the cooling unit is done for.

as movin-on said you need 12v to the circuit board as it's very sensitive and if voltage is low it won't work.

Just delt with this same problem on my Norcold. Before trying anything hook a direct wire from battery to 12volt terminal on power board in back of fridge, could be a problem with Converter. I chased this problem for 5 months before figuring out it was not Fridge it was converter giving a AC ripple to fridge.
The installation manual for my Norcold even says to hook directly to battery with 6 amp fuse.
Hope this helps,
Kevin

Even though you are plugged into 120V. your batteries need to be in good condition and charged. If not the refrigerator will not work. They are very senitive to "low voltage".
Good luck

This might help explain the AC ripple from converter and does not allow your fridge to work.
AC Ripple?
