There is a small tab on top of the one door seal (about 1X2") that has torn. Only 1/2 of it is still attached to the seal. Is this something to be concerned about? Is it an ongoing problem?

Usually what will tear a seal other than catching it on some object is the cabinet door jamb gets something spilled on it and it become sticky and can act as a glue tearing the gasket. Recommend it is kept clean and once a year use a thin film of petroleum jelly to lubricate and preserve the gasket.
When you say on top, does this mean away from the mating surface? Also are you the original owner of the coach? If so it is probably covered under warranty unless it is obvious accidental occurrence. Could you take a photo and post it?

This is a brand new rig. I've had is since 27 Jun of this year. Everything is clean. The tab is on the right side door, on the top side where the 2 doors meet. If I could figure out how to post a pic, I would be more than happy to
