I own a 1981 Warrior Winnebago 20'.I am remodleing the inside. The Frig needs replacing and is a model 700R.Norcold suggests using models N400 or N400.3.It's cut out is 36 9/16 x 23 11/16 x 24 which is larger than the 700R anyways.I have been watching ebay for a source of a good used unit at a affordable price.I am looking for some direction for a source from you good folks for a good used unit.

Thanks for Your Help,

Gary

You could check with the RV salvage yards for a wrecked coach that had these refrigerators in them. Good luck.

Im replacing mine with a 110V one Brand new most are $200 or less and use 1.2 amps or less.
It should run a long time off batterys and a inverter. But for boondocking you would want solor panels to keep the batts up.

I'ld think by the time you pay for the solor pannels and the install of them, you paid for the three or two way Frig you needed in the first place let alone hoping to all those sunny days.Correct me if I am wrong about that. Are solor pannels a great add on?.Sure are.At some point I will look closely at that. But for now I need to get the basic's setted in.Again, correct me if I am wrong about this approach.
