We own a 2003 Fleetwood Providence 39P with a double door Norcold, icemaker, etc. When we traveled down to Myrtle Beach in March/April, our refrigerator starting "beeping" when we were about two hours away. It seems it wouldn't light on LP??? It had been running on LP for most of the 17 hour journey from Michigan.

When we arrived in South Carolina and plugged into shore power, it worked fine. We called a technician and he determined it to be a circuit board, which he replaced and our extended warranty company paid for. It ran fine on LP all the way home and for the past few weeks while traveling.

This weekend, we were almost to our destination when the familiar "beeping" started AGAIN!!! Yup!!! Same issue!! We're wondering if it's the refrigerator or a wiring issue since I noticed that the GFI outlet in the bathroom had "popped". It seems that that GFI "pops" frequently - so we're wondering if that is a problem??? Hmmmm..... Any suggestions before we take it back in AGAIN???

The GFI would pop if you were running it on AC, because of a defective heating element used when your plugged into shore power or from your Gen. A problem with your ice maker could be a cause also.
BUT you say your on gas either you had a flame out and it couldn't reignite or you have a poor seal around door or door was ajar causing alarm.
One thing you should check is the 12v wiring block on deck behind refridge, accessed through vent opening and also the 12v fuse panel which supplies the 12v screw connections are known to become loose for the battery fuse lead and also the grounds wires also.
Your GFI may be defective if it keeps tripping or some appliance down from GFI circuit could cause it to trip.
What is displayed on panel when you get the alarm?

The panel displayed something like "no LP". It happened both time while we were driving - so no AC on and no other appliances were on. We can hear it try to light, but it seems like it's not getting gas to ignite?? We have plenty of LP and it ran fine up to then. We replaced the GFI last winter when we had a problem with it tripping. It ran fine for a while after the circuit board was replaced.

We just had the inverter replaced two weeks ago because it kept "tripping" and actually shorted out. They sent it out to the factory to see what the cause was. We're wondering if we actually have a wiring problem somewhere???

Since it reads "no LP" and you have plenty, perhaps the pressure is low or there's an issue with the regulator. Does the gas range burners light and burn normally when it says "no LP"? Another possibility is an issue with the reefer's gas valve.

You should clean out your burner tube may have a visitor in there and make sure the gas valve on feed to burner is turned all the way on.

Not sure if you can do the cleaning, this LINK will bring you to a group of Norcold's maybe yours.
Page 30 fig 8,14, 16 are what your concerned with. 14 is the flue, 16 shows the burner tube that may need to be cleaned and you will see a electrode that ignites the gas burner. This electrode will build up carbon on it in time that needs to be cleaned gently or you can brake the ceramic covering.
The flue is where the rust will build up and needs to be gently tapped to release the flakes. Like I said cover the burner tube so rust flakes do not fall into burner slots, use a vacuum to remove rust.
If the tech that replaced your board, he might have serviced this for you not sure.
The burner tube just needs a small cloth pushed in it to clean.
Do not do anything to the orifice its a part that would have to be replaced do not make hole bigger for instance.
I have a Norcold 1200, 03 coach and I perform this maintenance every spring and have had no problems for the 7 years we have owned it.
There is a trouble section also that may help you if your getting fault codes displayed.
If you cannot perform whats discussed at least you will have the knowledge of it when you get service.
Your GFI is a seperate issue fridge has nothing to do with it.
