Don't buy from RV Fridge House!!
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews for RV Fridge House. We bought a replacement cooling unit for out Norcold 1095 IMR in May of 2016. It came with no installation instructions and the 24/7 tech line is nonexistent. I did get it installed but it wasn't like the one I removed. Probably for a smaller fridge. In August the fridge temp wouldn't go below 50 degrees. Now comes the irritating part. I was asked to do some tests and if I had sent them the unit that unit I had removed. If I hadn't there would be no warranty. (another surprise). Once I had done the tests they told me that they would send a replacement unit. They did answer the phone a couple times and I was told the unit was about to ship on two different occasions. Its now been over 6 weeks and no unit. Through all of this they have never returned a call. Now I guess its time to get the BBB involved.

We bought a replacement cooling unit for our Norcold 1200LRIM from the RV Cooling Unit Warehouse. Very satisfied with them and highly recommend them for replacement units.

Norcold was cooked when we purchased our rig. Rvcooling was the best decision we ever made!
Dave is the best! After 2 years the fans in the back started to act up. After an email to rvcooling support Dave emaild me back asking where to ship fans!
