Norcold fridge ignitor box question

I bought a 1995 Winnebago recently and have fixed everything on it.. I'm having a prob with the fridge. It would not spark so I replaced the ignitor board with one I had from a furnace... worked fine except made a buzzing noise from the transformer thing on it so i replaced the board with another one from furnace i had... this one has a separate probe to tell it that it lit. I mounted it and it works just as it should except it keeps sparking after the fire is lit. with the probe out of the flame it will shut down. Is there something im missing or do I just need to get a new ignitor board for it?

Since you're dealing with LP gas, I'd suggest you get the proper components from a dealer of the manufacturer's parts. These are 12 v units, a home furnace might be different. Sounds like the ignitor you're using is not getting a heat sensor signal that it's lit.
