Norcold Frig Goes out on Highway

I may have missed this somewhere but my Norcold refrigerator works fine on electric and gas except when on the highway. It will quite often go into fault when traveling at 63 or 64mph. You can stop and it will work till the tank goes dry. Not sure what is happening because it worked fine from Georgia to South Dakota, then this problem. I checked the high limit switch and it is not opening. Any ideas on what else to check? We are in Montana now and headed to Alaska so I need it to work on gas for several more miles yet till we get back to Georgia. Seems kinda dumb to run the gen just for the frig. Any help would be great.

We have had this problem a couple of times, but always in a high cross wind. you might try cleaning the burner tip.could be you have some dirt that is partially blocking the burner. also, make sure the observation door for thr burner os closed. good luck.

Sometimes a partial blockage of the burner or line will cause the pilot flame to sputter or go out. Apparently, spiders love the smell of propane, so they crawl in where they can.
