Try melting some with a hair dryer. It happens to us sometimes and this is what works for us.

Hi Wgillam welcome to the forum.. not sure how old your unit is, however we had to replace our 9 year old Norcold ice maker as the liner in the cube tray began deteriorating and the as well as the heating element in the tray that cycles on when time to dump ice. That may be your problem, if you have to replace the unit they're available at Lowes #57773 Whirlpool, cost me $53 and installed myself
Good luck and let us know how you make out

Folks,
I just bought a 2004 Fleetwood Revolution. I took the unit out for a short trip to check it out and I really like the RV. One problem though. The NORCOLD LRIM 1200 concerns me.
Here is what I found:
1) Ice maker not making Ice.
2) Water or condensation leaking from back of unit and eventually puddling on the floor of the RV.
The unit cooled fine but the water leaking is a serious issue.
Any suggestions?

There is a drain tube accessible from the outside that has a black plastic cap on the end with two pin holes for the water to drain. Yours is probably clogged. If so , remove it and blow out the clog or use a pin to unclog the holes.

There are basically two reasons why the icemaker won't eject the ice at the end of the cycle:
1) The heater that warms the metal tray to loosen the ice isn't working
2) The tray was over-filled with water, usually due to a defective water inlet solenoid valve.

I have a norcold 1200 series 4 door refrigerator. The ice make is not working.
1. I have 120v at the outlet. The icemaker is plugged in.
2. Did a wire harness check. Checked OK
3. Water pump is on. Water is at the selenoid. Got water into the icemaker.
4. Did an ohms check between points V and N. Checked OK
5. Did a molder heater check. Checked OK
6. Did an icemaker motor test. Checked OK
7. The only thing left is to test the motor and cycle function. When I jumped the T and H positions. The ice mold heated up. There is a ticking noise. I let the test run for a minute, the arm never rose, the gears never moved. The fingers that push out the ice never moved.
What can I do next?

Happened to me again a couple of days ago. I usually occurs when the metal arm is left up when we go away for a couple of days. 5 minutes with the hair dryer has solved the problem on at least a half a dozen occasions.
