Norcold N300 Not working on AC

I just bought my K-Z Sportsmen Classic about a month ago. On the shakedown trip I discovered that the refrigerator works on propane just fine but is not working on AC power. I have checked the 3 amp fuse and the power to the outlet which are both fine. All of the wires seem secure on the tabs in the back. I have two trips already planned so it will be the first of December before I can take it back to the dealer. Is there anything else fairly easy to check so that I may be able to fix it without having to take it back? This unit is manual and only has two modes AC and gas.

If you have 120 vac going into the board and @ where the heating element connects; the board is good. If you have an Ohm meter you can disconnect power remove the heating element connections from the board and test the element. Normally you should have about 44 ohms. If it is infinite, then the element is open. If it tests good, run a power cord to the ref. power cord off another receptacle. the receptacle could be breaking down under load; unless you tested with a load already. Thanks for your reply. I have tried using a different outlet (extension cord from the house) but that didn't work either. I'm thinking either the element or a wire came loose from the knob on the front of the unit. Will try ohming the element. Thanks again.
