I'd first go visit Bryant RV and get a service manual for your model Norcold. Use the troubleshooting guide to walk you through the steps to check power, fuses etc.
If it all checks out after that and still "gets warm", it's may be a blockage in the cooling unit preventing the movement of coolant throughout the system. I've heard of inverting them but it may just postpone the problem if it works at all.
You can buy a rebuilt or new cooling unit at rvcoolingunit.com or .net and they'll drop the price if you send back your old unit as a core rebate.
