Norcold not cooling

Norcold model N843, not cooling very well. Very humid and mid-80s here. Gets down to mid thirties at night mid to upper 40s during the day. Freezer is not getting very cold either. About 20 Something In the Heat of the day. Not checked freezer at night. Have tried it on both LP and electric with the same results. Have also tried putting fans inside and on the back side of it. Doesn't seem to make a difference. Have checked for obstructions through the top vent do not see any. Seems to have started this very recently as the last time we had it out a month or so ago it did fine. Have been told that if I pull it out and turn it upside down it may correct the problem? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

If you ran the unit out of level you may of separated the solution or baked the part of the solution that keeps it from corroding and clogged up a pipe return to the boiler. If you don't see any yellow stains anywhere or smell ammonia. You make sure the unit is perfect level an turn the controls off. Then remove the electric wires going to the heaters from the control board. There may be two heaters depending on the size of your unit. You should check the olms of the heater to make sure they are good. Should read 64 olms on each heater if more than one. Then plug them into a 110 volt electric cord. If everything in the cool unit is working it should start to cool in about 4 hrs and over night the refrigerator section should be below 32. There is plenty of threads on this if you search it.

Out on the road now and can't seam to do a search..? After I check ohm on heaters and determine they are good, I plug the heaters into a 110 extension cord... if it doesn't cool them in assuming I'll need a new cooling unit? If it does cool... then where would problem be?? Thanks so much for your help!

If it cools ok then put the wires back to the board and turn it back on electric and see if you get any fault codes. Just make sure the unit is level. Check the inside bottom of freezer for level front to back and side ways. If none your ok if not read the code and go from there.
