Hi Sandy, Welcome!!!

Start by doing a couple of simple checks, on the outside of your RV there is a vent that covers teh back of your Fridge. Inside of this area there should be a standard 110V outlet, just like what is in your home. Check to see, (While you are plugged into house current) that you have 110 to the outlet. If not then check your breakers on the Converter box, If you do have electricity to the box, then check closely at the rear of the fridge for a fuse plate or independent breaker..... these are the first places to check.

After you have done the things Frankenstein suggested, and know there is 120VAC to the refigerator, you might want to download the service manual for your model Norcold. It should help with more in-depth diagnostic tests.
