Since the flame lit for 15-20 seconds, it means the ignitor is working correctly. If you have a multimeter which will read millivolts, remove the ignitor wire from the circuit board and clip the positive lead to this. Negative lead to ground. Using a long candle lighter, put the flame under where the flame is normally, watch the meter and see if it will read any millivolts, should be in the neighborhood of 100 to 200 mv. If not, then replace the ignitor probe, if yes, then replace the circuit board as it is not sensing the flame signal.
