Whatchu talkin' 'bout Willis?
---

Anyway, I know where it is...
my Q is how to diagnose and/or bypass it.

I can pull it and meter the leads... all sorts of things if need be I suppose.

I just don't know *what* to do.

Feelin' me?

and the freezer bottom feels chillier than before now.

Thanks for sticking with me.

I had to replace my Thermistor in my Norcold 1200 sometime back and that solved a BIG problem with my refer not getting cold enough sometimes and other times it would be fine.

However, after testing the old one three times using various methods, ALL of the tests indicated that it was OK.

NOT !!! One iRV2 poster, RVDude, suggested to replace the Thermistor as they can develop internal dynamic failures but still test OK.

Well, for $15, I took a chance and he was right. Replaced it and the dang thing has been working great since.

I was ready to spend $1500 to get a new Amish built cooling unit installed but saved a LOT of money with his suggestion.

So, for the little cost of replacing the Thermistor, I would give it a shot first to see what happens.

With the cooling tubes heating up using both the 120 volt heaters and the LPG burner but not enough cooling in the freezer or frig areas, that tells me that the cooling tubes are probably okay and it is some type of control problem.

Since your Thermistor is different than mine I cannot make anymore specific suggestions than those.
