Norcold Refrig Orifice

I had my Norcold 1200 rebuild by JC Refrigeration in July 2018. Everything worked great until I began to use propane. Will not work. JC told me to back off the orifice about 4-5 turns and that should fix the problem. No way to do that. What solution should I use to clean the orifice? Maybe that will fix me problem. Any suggestions.

Soak the burner/orifice in 91% alcohol for several hours, then blow it out with compressed air. Be sure NOT to use high-pressure air! Keep it at 35-40 PSI. You will destroy the orifice if you use high-pressure! Don't ask me how I know!
