Ok, now something is draining my house batteries!!

Coincidentally, after converting almost every interior light to LED, my house batteries are discharging very quickly, a matter of a few hours.

When I go to start my 7.5 Onan QD, the starter turns slow and no fire. Use the aux chassis battery and she starts right away.

Now, how can there be any draw from the LEDs if they are wired on the switched side of each light and there are no drivers on the LED's that replaced the incandescent lights. But, the problem timing is strange...

How are you charging?

Voltage readings?

Check for parasitic loads.

Do you have tank heaters for winter use? Compartment lights master switch? Those are a few things that can get turned on and forgotten. Turn every 12 v thing off you can think of, then hook up a test light between battery and (+) cable. Pull your 12 v fuses one by one to narrow down the area of the drain.

How old are your batteries? You should be able to run every light and not drain the batteries in 2 hours. I can dry camp without turning on my generator for 1-2 days depending on how much I use the lights and that was using my heater and water pump. I found the hard way that there are 12 volt alarms hooked up in mine that will drain the batteries if I don't use the disconnect switch when I'm storing the RV, but even with that it took a month for that to happen.
