On the Go Water Softener

My On the Go Water Softener is about 18 months old. My water test after regeneration with 2 salt containers reads 780 ppm. Bottled water tests 33 ppm. Is my water softener need new resin? Thanks, Dennis

What are you using to test your water? 18 months you should not need new resin. I had mine rebuilt after 10 years.
