Onan 4KY Stalls with A/C on but only while RV is in motion

Have an Onan 4KY gasoline generator on my 2012 Thor Ace 29.2. Thor has moved the gen to the back right side due to overheating issues with Front left factory location. When I am in motion and running the A/C the generator will stall. No error codes flash. It will start back up right away and the issue repeats.

-The generator runs fine with the RV in motion when A/C is not on-no stalling
-The generator runs fine with A/C on when parked-no Stalling.
-It makes no difference if more or less load-happens with refrigerator on or off

Have had generator checked out by several technicians and it is running on spec.

Have had Thor check the A/C and they said it is running on spec.

So whats going on here?

Any incite will be beneficial.

Thanks

I have had problems with our 7KW Onan generator cutting off if the oil is low. The dip stick says it is full but when you get on an uneven surface it will cause it to shut down.

Keep your oil filled to the top of the fill tube. You can't overfill it.

Hope this helps.

I am having the same problem with my Quiet 8K onan. It runs fine for hours with the AC going, but within ten minutes of driving, it shuts down with a shudder.
I took it to a Cummins shop in Orlando. They said they saw this before and changed my fuel pump and filter. Five minutes down the road it shut down. Oh, and they backed into something and destroyed/crushed my ladder. I didn't find it until the next day, so they won't cover it.
The oil level is past the max fill line a little. I exercise it every couple weeks.
I need help so I don't have to give my business to the orlando Cummins branch.

Bbhughey,
This problem perplexed me for a while. Finally took it to Thor and they replaced the A/c unit and the problem went away. I am assuming yours shuts down when the AC is on while driving. Check for error codes in the gen after shut down. Mine never threw any codes when the shutdowns occurred.

Oil topped up can help/fix.
