Onan fuse

Hello to all, Please help if you can. My generator will not crank...just one click I suspected the coach batteries cause whole coach was dead after sitting fo a week. Charging batteries as I type and they are just up over 12v....but had a blown fuse on chassis fuse box (20AMP) I Have checked the circuit breakers on the gen and the 4 amp fuse and they are fine. Went to check the 5 amp fuse and can't seem to figure out how to get it out..it has a claspon one side of the holder that opens up and looks like two tube style fuses but do not know how they come out. Any one have experience in changing these fuse(s)? The gen is a 6.5NHEEFA26100M.

Did you get your onan going?

If your battery is low will the genset start while the engine is running?

If you don't have the manual for your genset you might find it helpful.

The "holder with the clasp at one end" is a holder for 2 spare fuses...(and for the control board fuse which is on the back side of that "holder").

To remove, check or replace the control board fuse pull that holder out from the panel on the generator.
