Ok. As Mich F suggests, check voltage with a meter right at the outlet from the generator that you're plugging your shore cord into. Your series of generator will stop running within a few seconds if it's not producing AC voltage between 100 and 132 volts AC - so I suspect that if you find no voltage at that outlet that there is some issue with the wiring between the generator and the receptacle, most likely right inside the receptacle itself. Check to make sure none of the wires inside have pulled loose.
