Onan Marquis 5000 Oil Analysis report

I bought a used 96 Fleetwood Pace Arrow earlier this year from one of my customers.
Since then we have done LOTS of upgrades and interior restoration to the coach.
I have put 4000 miles on it and we love camping (with AC )!

The generator only had 329 original hours on the unit when I bought it.
After replacing the carburetor, fuel pump and plugs, it runs like a top.

I am a big Amsoil fan and have been running the AMO 10w40 HD in it since the first change.
The unit now has 616 hours and I took an oil sample last week with 62 running hours on the oil and filter.
I also called Amsoil and talked with their lubrication specialist and was happy to find out that the Amsoil EaO34 oil filter is the Onan replacement. It is full flow filter at 15 microns!

I am VERY happy with the oil report.
Here is the link to the PDF (I promise it's not spam it is a link to my google docs)

Staley I also use Amsoil. We put in a 1 micron by-pass filter on our Cummins Engine and like you were very happy with the lab results.
The oil we put in over 18 months ago shows no break down-no harmful by-products or any reason to change the oil.
We have a friend who has 4+ years on his Amsoil oil and just has to change his Filters.

Another vote for Amsoil, been using it for about three years-there really is a difference.
