Tried using a 12v charger for my phone but did not work in any 12v plug ins in the motorhome. Works fine in my truck.
Check with volt meter and all 12v outlets have on 8.0v. Everything on the dash and elsewhere on 12v supply works fine.
Any idea why the 12v outlets only have 8v?

Start by replacing the fuse that feeds the circuit, even if the fuse tests OK.

You said everything else had 12v. How are your lights? The dash 12v supply could be coming from your chassis battery and the low voltage could be your house batteries or converter.

All other 12v items are working fine. I can't find the fuse for the 12v receptacles. I have checked the fuse panels but no fuse is designated for the 12v receptacles.
I have a 2016 Thor M37 Venetian.

Called Thor and the technician located the fuse for the 12v power outlets. The fuse looked good but I changed it anyway. Now I have 13.5v at all the outlets.

In the front drivers side compartment. It is on the 12 pin chassis connector (F-2) labeled "Power Outlets".

I have run into 3 or 4 ATC fuses lately that look good but are not. Seems quality has gone done on most all automotive related products with so much being imported now.
I check then before removing them with a DVOM now.
