Outdoor faucet leaks

My outdoor faucet is leaking at one of the knobs. Are these usually cartridge type faucets? Problem is that I can not find an exact replacement of the whole faucet so I was hoping to repair the original one.

Thanks

Ours has the cartridge type and leaked, so I was all ready to buy a pair of cartridges to fix; I turned the handles to off one more time and, no more leak!
If cartridge type, any hdwe store should have. One thing I try to hit everywhere we go is the local hdwe store. There is a good one in Canon Beach OR that even has a bar! (Screws and Brews, if you can believe that!).

Cool. I will put it shortly and see if I can get the cartridge removed. Ace hardware is a short drive, but the don’t have beer. Dang.

This is what I am in need of replacing. I would just buy a new faucet, but I can’t find the exact type. Most have the spray hose nipple coming out of the top or bottom. Mine comes out of the rear.

Cool. The shafts are a little bit longer than original one, but I think there is enough flex in the pex that it wont be an issue

Flex in the pex is always a good thing.

Outdoor faucet leaks

After some more looking around, I might go with this one. Would come in handy having the quick connect for a hose instead of the small sprayer hose that is the original. Anyone have something like this? Do you like it? Also, I would need to do something creative with the hole that the sprayer passes through. Maybe a hook for the quick connect hose.
