As the title states, DW's oven is not level when the RV is level. It tilts about 3/8" to the back side of the oven and makes her cakes lopsided. She finally moved it to the top of my honey-do list and insists I'll not be eating any goodies until I level the oven. I don't know how to accomplish this, and a close inspection this afternoon did not reveal any secrets. I can't even find how to remove the trim strips covering the mounting screws. Any help with my problem?

Try lifting the top burner section, usally the mounting screws are underneath the burners, generally 1 screw per corner. Hope this helps.

Consult the owners manual for the range to see the parts breakdown. That should show you how to take it apart to get to the rear to level it.

Ray,
How much out-of-lever are you talking about? How much out-of-level is rest of the coach if you were to level the oven. Also, consider how level the refrigerator is, as it is more important than the rest of the leveling process, but you are still allowed some leeway on the refrigerator.

Using my handy-dandy Craftsman digital level, when the refrigerator, and BTW, the entire RV is level, the oven rack is 7.9 deg. out-of-level (down in back,driver-side of RV). I'm going to remove the top tomorrow (as advised) and see what I can see. DW is tired of lop-sided cakes. I told her I don't care as long as they taste good, that didn't fly. She said 6 years waiting for me to level her oven has finally reached the breaking point. It's fix the oven or buy her a new RV.

Err, ahh, I have found the problem and it is eliminated. The stove top was/is level with everything else. The oven wire shelf was bent in back. I straightened it and momma is happy once again. Thanks everyone for your suggestions and advice.

She knows how to push my buttons. Sure got me hoppin, with that threat of buying a new RV. I wouldn't put it past her to bend that rack purposely. I bought that new handy-dandy digital level just so I could see it inside the oven. Ever try to read a bubble level from the end?
