Oxygenetic Shower Head

I love the shower head until it no longer stays in the upright position. I have had it for about 1 1/2 years and now it will not stay up. Is there a way to tighten it up without breaking the housing?
Thanks

I had the same problem. I drilled a small hole in the rotating part that would not stay upright and put a removable pin in it.

Thank you for your comments

Not sure which ball you are drilling a hole in? Can you send a picture?
Thanks
Cean

As I recall, the shower head is held by a cradle that has a ball and socket mount. When I mounted mine, I seem to remember that I could tighten it by screwing the ball retainer on tighter.

Grab ahold of the knurled section and turn it clockwise. It will tighten the mount.
