2004 bounder 34F turned fan on and styrofoam pellets blew out both front and rear ceiling vents.insulation? Getting into vent hose? Where is likely leak?

Have you had this rig a while? Is this something that's never happened before? We have a 2003 Bounder 36S and I don't think the a/c runs through hose. Between the ceiling and the roof the insulation is molded styrofoam and a/c ducts are just molded channels in the styrofoam. Could the pellets you've seen just be a few odd pieces that finally worked to the end of the vent channel?

Has anyone recently done any work in the ceiling or on the roof of your coach?
