Problem with Splendide combo washer and Dryer 2000S

We are having a problem with our Splendide 2000S combo washer and dryer. When we try and dry only items, the dryer starts to dry then the dial will start going around. It just keeps going around and it stops drying. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what did you have to do to resolve the situation. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

There was a recent thread HERE with the same problem. The solution is given in Post #6. Turn off the power button and wait until the door lock light flashes slowly (about 2 minutes). Then reset to dry only and turn back on.

If that doesn't stop the dial from spinning, there may be another problem. Call Westland Sales. You may not get through right away, but leave a message and they will call you back. They are very good at walking you through troubleshooting.

Never-never turn the dial while the unit is on. Always set to desired cycle before anything else. I had to unplug ours for about 20 minutes to get it to reset.
