Progressive Dynamics Customer Service EXCELLENT

I had purchased a Progressive Dynamics PD9245 converter to replace the original "buzz" box type just about 1 1/2 yrs ago. During our last outing we noticed it had quit working, was getting very hot and not outputting any voltage at all. Unplugged it, let it cool off and worked fine after that. I called them on a Monday after returning explained the problem and without hesitation they cross-shipped me a new unit. The new unit arrived the next day, I changed it out, shipped the old unit back... problem solved.
