Propane camp fire recommendations

Hi,

Looking for recommendations for propane camp fires.
There is talk of Michigan State parks banning firewood except from approved local vendors or kiln dried.

I normally bring my own maple from home but dont want to break any rules.

I would like to have the option to connect to my coaches 100lb tank but will use 20lb ones if needs be.

Thanks,

A lot of restrictions are out there in most states banning non-local firewood. The idea is to keep invasive species of insects from being brought in.

Thats what I have read. Up until now it has only been ash they have banned here. I always call ahead and ask can I bring maple from home.

I am not sure if the ban will come in to effect but want to be ready just in case. Purchasing wood at camp grounds quickly adds up.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

We have a hose adapter to our onboard tank. We've had it a long time so I'm not sure of the name, but I think it was Extend-A-Stay.

Skip the camping world model. Ours is rusted out, handle broken, igniter no longer functional after only about 18 months. Junk.

We have the Outland as well and like it a lot. We do carry a 20 lb. propane tank for it.
