Do you know how to light the pilot light? Have you read the owner's manual?

Dealer told us to light the stove burners first to get the propane flowing better and then also ignite the oven, He said it was a common complaint.

Turn the oven knob to pilot, push and hold. Take a gas match and hold it under the pilot orofice. This is located near the back just above the oven burner. If you have held the knob im and not lit the pilot yer, you will hear a POP when you find it. Once you have the pilot lit, continue holding the knob in for another 30 seconds and so. Release the knob. If you intend to cook something, press in and turn knob to the desired temp.
BTW to achieve decent cooking experience, go buy a pizza stone or a unglazed floor tile. Place it on the bortom plate above the burner. This will give the oven the mass it needs to cook evenly.
