Propane tank

I would be using one or more electric heaters to save on propane. I filled my main tank today and it cost $55.00. I use the electric heaters until they can’t keep up then the furnace kicks in.
I wouldn’t get over a 40# tank if you have to take them to be filled. I had a 60# but it was to heavy to move around. I am pretty sure I can’t load a 100# tank in the truck by my self with out a hoist.

Where are you...city or country?

If in city then everybody is piped natural gas, so delivery difficult.

If in country then look around and see if you can find any house tanks, they will have a gas company sticker.

Call them and see when they are in your area on their route, then they can fill yours then.

Our gas delivery folks fill our RV when they deliver the house gas if we ask them
