Pure Sine Wave Inverter/Charger upgrade questions

Looking to replace blown 2000 watt Dimentions unit in 05 Meridian with a pure sine wave inverter/Charger. Had many people recomend the Xantrex RS-2000 unit. It is now out of production. The Xantrex replacement is the Freedom SW-2000.

Has anyone installed the new SW-2000 and are you satisfied with it.
I am also looking seriously at the Magnum MS-2012 unit with remote desplay.

The Xantrex Prosine 2.0 (and 3.0 if you want more power) have remote displays..


IF you want to know how I know... Well.. The "UPS" for this computer.. at the moment.. IS a Xantrex 2.0

From the remote I can re-configure the Inverter (Change AC (Supply side) Breaker size, Battery size, battery profile and a host of other thigns) disable either the inverter, the converter, or both, and monitor the battery and AC (In/out voltage and currents.

NOTE this is a inverter/Charger/Converter, not a stand alone inverter.

When we upgraded from a MSW to a PSW we went with a Magnum...we like the remote controls better on it than the RS2000 Xantrex that we replaced.
