Hello, I sanitized our water tank this spring, we haven't used the MH since Memorial weekend. I had some water in the tank and finally drained it several days later. My question is should I re sanitized the system again. The water that was in it was city water.
Thanks, Scott

Probably not necessary but certainly wont hurt anything. If you fill it with city water it will have clorine in it.

I used clorox to sanitize, and yes I drink the water from my tank. I also have a water filter.

Probably not necessary to redo but if you smell eggs from hot water heater coming from faucet you may want to refresh with some bleach for tank,WH and system.
The HOT weather may have caused you some problem with water sitting in tanks.

It's just not worth the risk to take a chance on something like that when it is so easy to sanitize again. Picture extreme intestinal discomfort while you are bouncing down the road and you're all out of Pepto Bismol. Not a pleasant thought. BTW, filters filter out solids but do not sanitize the water.
