We have a 2004 Tiffin Phaeton 40 RH on a Freightliner chassis. The rear AC won't start up. It is a !5000 BTU Coleman Mach. First thing I noticed was the digital display was blank. I checked and reset the AC breaker. It was OK. I moved the fan switch from auto to on and the fan came right on, so the AC power must be OK. It was suggested I remove the fuse inside the thermostat to allow it to reset. I pulled the fuse and waited a bit then re-installed it. The digital display came on showing the inside temp to be 89. I set the temp to 78, waited 10 to 15 minutes. Nothing happened.

Can anyone suggest something else I can do or check?

Is this the only thermostat that you have. If not trade place with the other one and see what happens. But from what I understand these newer homes only have one. Maybe you can try someones, that wouldn't mind, for trouble shooting purpose.
