Received Norcold Recall Notice

I just received a recall notice from Norcold and I thought I'd mention it in case some don't receive it.

If your unit is:
4-Door model 1200LR, 1200LR, 1201RIM, with cooling unit serial number between 700000 to 1536607

2-Door model N621, N821, N841 or 1082. with cooling unit serial number between 1038000 to 1099000

If you have one of these unit you must shut it off and unplug it from AC source and contact Norcold at 800-767-9101.

The refrigerator will be repaired at no cost.

I didn't see a recall number or date associated with this recall on my notice.

I had the cooling unit replaced on my N841 model when this recall was issued in 2002. However, I'm sure there are still refrigerators out there that haven't been fixed. In fact, I saw this same recall posted at the camp store at Prince Gallitzin SP last weekend so, even after eight years, there are still Norcold refrigerators floating around out there with the potential of causing a deadly disaster.

I just received this recall notice yesterday also. I have not yet had the chance to check the serial numbers.
