Redwood 39HH airconditioner

We have a 2012 Redwood 39HH. The airconditioner does not cool the unit. 90 degrees outside and 86 degrees inside. The fan appears to work only on one speed. Also, the furnace fan will come on when the unit gets hot inside. Anyone had any of these problems? Would like some input before calling Redwood. Thanks.

Sounds like you might have two wires crossed in t-stat, if your heat furnace is coming in when it is 86' in your coach. It all should be under factory warranty?

I agree on the thermostat. Either installed incorrectly or damaged in some way.
When the AC comes on can you hear the compressor or just the fan?

Welcome Bob to irv2.
You haven't said what type AC system you have on some systems there are dip switch's that have to be operated when the system is set up.
For instance look at this system. page # 5
