The Check Light for the Dometic's only means it has failed to light on LP, has nothing to do with any AC use or any confirming a refrigerator problem other than just did not light the LP flame an once the pre-set time limit expired the check light comes on to alert you. If you have AC power to the refrigerator PC board an the check light still comes on you have a bad PC board. If you are using LP you could have several things wrong: out of LP, Bad PC board, or bad re-light. Most of the time customers will be on AC mode, AC fuse blows on PC board due to bad AC element which makes the refrigeration to automatically switch to the LP mode because no AC present. If LP is OFF on comes check light.
