Refrigerator Door Seal

I would like to know what other people are doing for this problem. The refrigerator door seal keep coming loose. Mine is held on by some type of adhesive and when the door is left open door the warm weather it loosen up. There are no screws holding on. (refrigerator is turned off) Thank you

I had the same issue and put some silicone on it and it has stayed for the past 2 months and still holding.
