Replacement insulation, behind the frige.

I'm installing a new cooling unit. While the frige is out I am wondering about the insulation that is on the sides and the back wall. In the area of the top of the chimney/heat tube area there are black heat marks in the fiberglass insulation. I'm wondering if I should replace it, remove it from that area, or just reinstall the frige. Is there a more heat resistant substitute? I was considering foil backed foam, but styrafoam burns like crazy. Has anyone replaced this and what did you use?

Spray & insulating foam would be easy.

Maybe also install an auxiliary 12v refrigerator vent fan that blows air up.

It's an '89 Southwind. Dometic RM2801 frige. The insulation is 2" yellow fiberglass regular style. We have an "Amish" cooling unit on order and was looking at the empty hole and was wondering about the insulation condition and weather or not to change it or upgrade it.
