Replacement Range Hood Fan Motor for Vented Models

Anybody find a real 12 volt fan motor to replace this noisy worthless piece of junk?
I replaced it once with a computer fan, but that is now dead too.

2 speed would be nice option.

The hood and vent are fine, it is just this terrible motor I want to replace. Would consider replacement of entire unit if it was really nice.

Here is what you can do, and I have done it to two units. The range hood fan and the bathroom fan use the same motor, but different blades. Switch the blades. They pull off and push on. Here is what you will notice. The range hood becomes very quiet and the bathroom very noisy. Nothing wrong with a little extra noise in the bathroom. Try it. Should take you all of 5 minutes to do, if you don't like the results, switch them back.
