RV Comfort 2 zone thermostat issues

After parking my Moho for a few days out power, I went to move it back to the parking spot and hook up to shore power. Once I did this I went back to set the thermostat and there was no display. I found the 12v fuse box and pulled the 5amp fuse and it checked good. I reinstalled the fuse and the thermostat lit up. Now I can only control heat, I can toggle zones but cannot actually set a mode on cool and can't adjust temp.

Anyone care to offer any advice? Thanks for reading!

You need to do a Thermostat reset. Google search this question for your model thermostat.

Reset procedure has no affect. The unit will not do anything in cool mode except toggle through the zones. It just reports the current temp in each zone.

Sounds like the thermostat is bad then.

We are going to try this procedure today. Looks like the house batteries died and the thermo lost programming.
