I found a thread about this system but it was too old for me to post there. Some guys said they had schematics, etc for it. I am hoping you guys are still here and could send them to me. I just got my rig and the previous owner hooked up a battery charger backwards and fried the board and he just had it replaced. Now the battery disconnect switches need to be pressed down to connect the batteries instead of up like they did before according to the previous owner and anytime the ignition switch is cycled to the on position and back off the batteries disconnect and the you have to go press the button to connect them again. Also when I press the aux start button I don't hear a solenoid actuating like I do when I operate the battery disconnect switch so I think that might not be working either. I am wondering if the installer hooked something up wrong or if maybe they used a new board mentioned in the other thread that has to be wired different and they didn't wire it different. Also I don't know if this is how it is supposed to work but the key has to remain in the on position for the slide out to work or the jacks to work. I think maybe to start the generator too but I can't remember. Any ideas? I could use that documentation mentioned in the other thread if any of you guys are still around. It is model F73-1020.

It a 2002 Bounder 36S on a Ford V10 chassis. So the BCC model is a GAS F73-1020. Also I actually ended up finding a PDF of a fax sent from RV Custom Product that is a trouble shooting guide with schematics. The only problem is that is doesn't cover the switches working backwards. I am assuming the guy that installed the new board just crossed some wires somewhere. I am hoping that is also why the ignition disconnects the batteries. I finally have time to dig into it today. Hopefully I will figure it out.

I think you may have two problems but not sure without first verifying that all wiring is correct. Could be that the wires on the load side of the switch are just reversed. The ignition issue would take some diagnosing to determine problem.

By the way, you can still post to an old thread. You get a warning that it is very old, but there is an override to go ahead and post anyway.

Well I finally got around to troubleshooting this and all it was relay actuation wires were reversed to both disconnect relays. Those wires are hard wired to the board so he did have to remove them to install the board and he reinstalled them backwards. Everything is fine now.
