Rvp heat pump with no fans

Good after noon folks. New to this so be gentle. I have a Coleman (rvp) basement heat pump and the fans are not working. Inside or outside. The unit is in a 2002 Winnebago. Model number is 6535A871.

Shut it off at the breakers until you can get the fans running. The compressor will over heat and cycle on the internal temperature sensor. Too much of this and it will damage the compressor.

If could be a fan capacitor or a bad fan relay.

Is anything running. One way to check is when the t'stat is calling for cooling, is there any amperage draw showing on the EMS panel. Should show about 15 amps for one compressor and 25 for two. EMS only works when on a 30 amp service. Have you checked the breakers in your 120volt service panel. There is also a fan switch on my t'stat.
