I have a mach 15 unit on my trailer with the RVP remote that controlls all the heating and cooling. Does anybody else have this set up? How do you like it? This set up is one of the biggest complaints I have about this trailer.

The RVP remote control came in our camper and it was nothing but a pain. Hard to get the furnace and air-conditioner to work. After complaining for a year the main computer board was replaced but the remote still would not work properly. Keystone finally had the remote removed and a conventional thermostat installed. We are a lot happier.
