i got my inline shower hose shutoff valve from vancouver rv.

the valve has a female connection on top and attaches at the wall. the shower hose attaches to the bottom of the valve.

the brand on the handle appears to be "qest" and the part number is nsf61. it is gray plastic, not my first color choice.

we have been using this valve for 2 1/2 years and it works well.

the shower has a vacuum breaker behind the wall,

so do not leave pressure on with the new shutoff valve closed for an extended period of time as the vacuum breaker will leak.
