Slide / awning controller

When you look at a TT, all the electronics and gadgets are sooooo cool or you really don't care about them but the might be a nice touch. I think most of them are just a come-on to sway you to one TT over another. All very surtle, all very inacuious, and not much thought given to "what the heck am I going to do if this breaks down?"

Soooooooooooo, with that in mind, the control panel for our 2 slides and our awning is a touch screen. It even came with a touch screen remote control unit. This is our 3rd season with this TT with no real issues. A few weeks ago, the remote wasn't working and my wife thought she wasn't pressing it hard enough........you guessed it, the glass face cracked and the remote is now useless. I woke up this morning and it hit me like a ton of bricks, what the heck am I gonna do if the touch screen in the TT just stops working? Can it be easily replace with standard switches/rocker switches? Since hind sight is 20/20, would the old reliable switches be better in the end anyway? Where could I find a replacement panel with switches ?

Thanks

Always looking for the perfect site.

Find the control board and jumper 12 vdc to the terminals of the load you want to operate.
