I need some help from you Rv fellows !!
I have a 2005 coachmen concord class C 25 ft. my slide out is out of alignment and I can't figure out how to align it.
under the bed I can see 2 motors one on each side and a worm rod on each motor that's all I can see.

Is it a electric system or a hydraulic from HWH?

Need more info but based on what you said, Quick and dirty and ill advised, you could disconnect one motor and shortly run the other to align them. May or may not work and could potentially damage something.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I would find the make and model number of that slideout mechanism and Google it for a service manual.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
